Cereal and snack manufacturer Kellogg Co. is appointing Chief Legal Officer Gary Pilnick to lead its North American cereal spinoff.
North America Cereal Co. will be one of three companies created by the breakup that Battle Creek, Michigan-based Kellogg announced in June.
