UScellular, the nation's fourth-largest wireless carrier, has named veteran attorney Rebecca Murphy Thompson as vice president of government affairs.
Thompson will report to Head of Legal and Government Affairs Adriana Rios Welton, who joined the company in June. Thompson replaces Grant Spellmeyer, who left in June to become president of ACA Connects, which represents 600 independent communications companies.
