Investment management giant State Street Corp. has hired Yvette Hollingsworth Clark away from Google to serve as its chief compliance officer.
Hollingsworth Clark spent the last year as head of compliance for Google's consumer trust business. Before that, she spent nearly nine years at Wells Fargo, rising to become executive vice president and regulatory innovation officer. Earlier, she held high-level posts at Barclays and Citigroup.
