Twitter Chief Legal Officer Vijaya Gadde and General Counsel Sean Edgett will carry no stain from being ousted by Elon Musk and will have an abundance of career options, from leading other corporate legal departments or serving as advisers to becoming Silicon Valley investors, legal experts say.

Elon Musk completed his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter on Thursday, giving him sole control of one of the nation’s top social media and public speech platforms.
