Albemarle Corp., a publicly traded maker of specialty chemicals with 6,000 employees and a $33 billion market value, on Monday swapped out legal chiefs.
The Charlotte, North Carolina-based company announced that Karen Narwold is retiring after 13 years as general counsel and that Kristin Coleman, general counsel of food-distribution giant US Foods the last six years, will succeed her.
