Industrial supply company Grainger has named Nancy Berardinelli-Krantz its new chief legal officer, set to replace longtime general counsel John Howard. Her appointment is effective Jan. 30, 2023.
Howard, who first joined the company 23 years ago, will retire in July 2023. He'll remain at the company between Berardinelli-Krantz's hiring and his retirement to help with the transition.
