If corporate legal departments needed another reminder that compliance matters can have a long tail, consider Honeywell International.
The Charlotte, North Carolina-based manufacturer of aerospace, automation and building technologies products said Monday it will pay $203 million to settle allegations from more than a decade ago stemming from bribery schemes in Brazil and Algeria.
