Sprinklr, a maker of software that helps companies manage customer engagement, has  promoted Jacob Scott from deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer to general counsel.

Scott will replace Dan Haley, who has been the New York City-based company’s legal chief since 2019 and helped guide it through its 2021 initial public offering. The company said Haley is moving on to a new opportunity. He did not immediately respond to a message from Law.com.
