Viet Dinh, chief legal and policy officer of Fox Corp., said he was “skeptical” of allegations that the 2020 presidential election had been rigged by two voting companies, but didn’t dismiss them.

“There was a period of time when allegations were made that I was skeptical of, but I allowed the possibility that they may be true,” Dinh said in a deposition made public Tuesday evening by Susman Godfrey, the firm representing Dominion Voting Systems in a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News.
