Uber Technologies chief legal officer Tony West received compensation totaling $10.6 million in 2022, a 43% increase from a year earlier, according to the ride-hailing giant's latest proxy statement.
The proxy statement noted a broad range of achievements for West during the year, including helping cut outside counsel spend 25% by bringing more work in-house.
