Corporate counsel and federal regulators say companies need to bolster their antitrust compliance and training efforts amid regulatory scrutiny that’s intensified to a level not seen in decades.

“Your compliance program needs to be looked at and up to date,” Kalina Tulley, chief of the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s Chicago office, said during a panel at ALM Global’s General Counsel Conference Midwest in Chicago on Wednesday.
