Precision Medicine Group, which helps biopharmaceutical companies speed up drug development, has appointed former Pfizer attorney Stacey Hanna as general counsel and chief compliance officer.

Hanna joins PMG three years after the Bethesda, Maryland-based company’s $2.3 billion sale to the private equity giant Blackstone. She most recently was general counsel of global ethics and compliance at Lonza, a Swiss multinational that conducts manufacturing for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and nutrition industries.
