Gary Born, the chair of the International Arbitration practice at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, has done around 750 international arbitrations before tribunals and has been called the world's foremost authority on international arbitration and litigation by Chambers. So you would think his most recent published work would center on the art of alternative dispute resolution. But you'd be wrong.
Born's action thriller book, "The File" released last month. The book centers on a graduate student on a scientific trip in Africa, who stumbles upon a trove of long lost Nazi documents in a crashed war plane and then is chased by people who are after the documents.
