Former Western Kentucky University general counsel Deborah Wilkins dropped her wrongful termination and discrimination lawsuit against the university.
Warren Circuit Judge Chris Cohron dismissed the lawsuit on April 12, indicating that all parties involved have agreed to his doing so.
