Luxury fashion house Prada has hired Italian lawyer Francesca Secondari as chief legal officer.

Secondari replaces Cristina De Dona, who had joined Milan-based Prada in December 2021 from The Hershey Co., where she had been chief counsel for international. De Dona on LinkedIn lists her employment with Prada ending last month. She and Prada did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
