After a 14-month stint at Unisys Corp., where he served as general counsel, Claudius Sokenu will depart the information services company on June 30 to become general counsel at an undisclosed company.
Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based Unisys said that Michelle Jones, the deputy general counsel, chief compliance officer and global head of litigation, will take over for Sokenu on an interim basis until a successor is named.
