Only 25% of in-house counsel responding to a new survey say they feel fully prepared to deal with a cyberattack.
The survey found that anxiety over cyber breaches and the regulatory compliance surrounding cybersecurity continue to increase, with 78% of respondents ranking the task of shielding their organizations from cyberattacks as the greatest regulatory concern over the next 12 months. That's compared with 30% in 2021.
