Fastly promoted Karen Greenstein to general counsel after she spent more than a year running its 16-person legal department on an interim basis.

Greenstein joined the San Francisco-based cloud service provider as an assistant general counsel in 2019. In June 2022, she took over the legal department from chief legal and trust officer Paul Luongo, who resigned to become legal chief at e-commerce platform Narvar.
