Columbus, Ohio-based Huntington Bank, the nation’s 22nd-largest financial institution, has hired a senior Bank of America attorney as its general counsel.

Marcy Hingst will join the bank’s executive leadership team and will oversee all legal activities for the company. To take the role, she is ending her 16-year career at Charlotte, North Carolina-based Bank of America, the nation’s second-largest bank. She spent 12 years as associate general counsel there before becoming deputy general counsel in 2017.
