FullSpeed Automotive, a suburban Denver company that franchises, licenses or operates more than 900 auto-service stores under the Grease Monkey, SpeeDee and Kwik Kar brands, has hired Kelvin Sellers as general counsel.

Sellers comes to FullSpeed from Dallas-based Interstate Batteries, which sells batteries through 150,000 dealers and hundreds of wholesale warehouses and retail stores. He joined Interstate in 2008 as tax counsel and climbed the rungs to become deputy general counsel in 2014 and general counsel in 2016.
