Rank-and-file employees of the National Association of Realtors are demanding the replacement of four top leaders, including chief legal officer Katie Johnson, saying they put protecting a former president accused of sexual misconduct and fostering a toxic workplace ahead of looking out for staffers.

They expressed their dismay and called for the ousters in a letter delivered to NAR’s executive committee last Monday. It seeks the removal of CEO Bob Goldberg, President Tracy Kasper, head of human resources Donna Gland and Johnson, who’s been legal chief since 2014 and added the title chief member experience officer five years ago.
