The chief legal and administrative officer for an undersea robotics company founded by a NASA robotics engineer is one of two executives the company recently dismissed, according to a regulatory filing.

Houston-based Nauticus Robotics on Nov. 30 terminated “other than for cause” CLO Dilshad Kasmani, who was instrumental in creating the legal and compliance, U.S. Securities and Exchange reporting, investor relations and other functions in the wake of the company’s going public through a September 2022 special purpose acquisition company merger.
