Apple General Counsel Kate Adams’ compensation was $26.9 million in fiscal 2023, a hair below the $27.1 million she received a year earlier, the Cupertino, California-based company disclosed in its proxy filing on Thursday.

Adams’ salary was $1 million for the fifth straight year, while her stock grant of $22.3 million was slightly higher than her 2022 grant. Her incentive compensation—paid in cash based on how the company performed compared with its goals—was $3.57 million, down from $4 million each of the previous two years.
