Larry Miller, a former senior in-house attorney at Pfizer and general counsel of Blue Buffalo, has been tapped to lead the legal department at SIGA Technologies, a pharmaceutical company best known for its smallpox drug Tpoxx.
Miller's in-house experience is almost entirely in pharmaceuticals and biotech, aside from the three years he spent at Blue Buffalo, where he led negotiations and due diligence on its $8 billion sale to General Mills in 2018.
