Richard Parr succession-planned himself out of his last job, stepping down earlier this year as chief legal officer of The Aspen Group, the Chicago-based parent of the national network of Aspen Dental.
Parr launched that effort because he was approaching retirement and figured that after serving as TAG’s legal chief since 2018 it was time for someone new to take over.
