The doughnut chain Krispy Kreme has tapped former Pfizer legal executive Atiba Adams as chief legal officer.
Adams comes to the Charlotte, North Carolina-based company with 27 years of legal experience, the latest 24 at publicly traded companies. He is joining from the Ontario-based eye-care company Bausch + Lomb, where he has been deputy general counsel for more than two years.
