Allied Universal, the world’s largest private security firm, has nabbed Loretta Cecil, who helped Change Healthcare Inc. secure a successful initial public offering in June 2019, as global general counsel.
Cecil, who spent nearly six years as executive vice president and general counsel at Change Healthcare, will start her new role on June 17.
