Auto lender Vroom Inc., which discontinued online vehicle sales in January and this month agreed to a $1 million settlement with the Federal Trade Commission, said legal chief Patricia Moran is heading down the road.
Succeeding Moran on Aug. 23 as chief legal officer and secretary will be Anna-Lisa Corrales, Vroom’s chief compliance officer and the former general counsel of Jaguar Land Rover North America.
