Kohler Co. has hired Megan Belcher, former chief counsel at Conagra Brands, as chief legal officer and corporate secretary, effective Aug. 5.
Belcher succeeds Natalie Maciolek, who left Kohler in August 2023 after more than a decade with the Wisconsin-based plumbing products manufacturer. Maciolek is now chief legal and government affairs officer at Molson Coors Beverage Co., according to her LinkedIn profile.
