Retail giant Target on Tuesday announced that it has hired longtime Tyson legal chief Amy Tu as chief legal and compliance officer.
Tu will succeed Don Liu, 62, who announced in January he would step down by the end of the year. He’s been Minneapolis-based Target’s legal chief since 2016 and before that was general counsel of Xerox for nine years.
