SK Global Entertainment, the independent studio behind such critically acclaimed films as "Crazy Rich Asians" and "Moneyball," has hired Jeannine Tang as chief operating officer and general counsel.
Tang started out in the lower rungs of the industry, joining DreamWorks Animation in 2002 as a development assistant, a position that gave her the opportunity to work on such classics as "Shrek" and "Shark Tale."
