Top FedEx regulatory and government affairs lawyer Gina Adams will become general counsel next month, succeeding 42-year company veteran Mark Allen, who is retiring after serving as legal chief since 2017.
Allen, 68, who in July announced his retirement plans, will pass the legal reins on Sept. 24 and then will serve as senior adviser for the remainder of the year.
