Health insurer AmeriHealth Caritas said this week that it is parting ways with four senior executives, including General Counsel Eileen Coggins, as it seeks to resuscitate growth following the loss of its Medicaid contract in Florida.

Coggins had been legal chief for the Philadelphia-based company for 12 years. Also departing are the chief medical officer, the chief financial officer and chief development officer, according to a memo recently appointed CEO Kelly Munson sent to staff that was obtained by The Philadelphia Inquirer.
