Swiss construction materials multinational Holcim is promoting an in-house corporate and mergers and acquisitions leader to replace its departing group general counsel.
Mathias Gaertner, who was hired last October by Swiss industrial tech company ABB Group as its general counsel and company secretary, agreed to remain at Holcim as group legal chief for a year to ensure stability, Holcim said.
