Gregory Jordan, general counsel and chief administrative officer of PNC Financial—the nation’s sixth-largest bank, with $562 billion in assets—will retire on Sept. 25.
Jordan joined Pittsburgh-based PNC as general counsel in 2013 and in 2016 took on the additional title of chief administrative officer, reflecting the addition of of ethics, corporate communications and marketing to his portfolio of responsibilities.
