Wendy’s has appointed Kellogg veteran John Min as chief legal officer and secretary.
Min succeeds E.J. Wunsch, who became president of international operations in May. Wunsch, who took the legal reins of Columbus, Ohio-based Wendy’s in 2016, joined the company from Cincinnati-based Procter & Gamble, where he spent 17 years, four of them based in Singapore.
