Once described by his own CEO as "one of the sharpest legal minds in the country," Oracle Chief Legal Officer Stuart Levey lassoed a big bonus that drove a 6.5% jump in his fiscal 2024 pay to $13.6 million.
The $1 million bonus was on top of his $950,000 salary and $11.6 million in stock awards, according to Oracle's proxy statement filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
