More than 100 major companies spanning such industries as technology, pharmaceuticals and automotive are pushing for a national rule requiring full disclosure of third-party litigation funding.
This group, which includes Amazon, Cisco, Comcast, Exxon Mobil, Ford, Pfizer and Novartis, on Wednesday sent a letter to the federal courts' Advisory Committee on Civil Rules, urging transparency.
