Albemarle Corp. announced that it has parted ways with General Counsel Kristin Coleman, replacing her with Deputy General Counsel Stacy Grant as part of a larger shakeup in its operating structure.
Grant will become general counsel and corporate secretary "effective immediately," Albemarle said. She was also given the additional title of chief compliance officer.
