The chief legal officer of BrightSpring Health Services, which provides care for patients with complex medical conditions, retired Friday from that role, the company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The departure of Steven Reed—who'd been with BrightSpring more than two decades, the last 11 as legal chief—comes nine months after the Louisville, Kentucky-based company launched an initial public offering that valued the business at $2.5 billion.
