Veta T. Richardson will step down as CEO of the Association of Corporate Counsel next fall, as she wraps up her 14th hear in the role—a tenure during which membership and revenue swelled, and the organization achieved its ambitions to go global.

Washington, D.C.-based ACC announced late Tuesday that Richardson will depart following the nonprofit's October 2025 annual meeting in Philadelphia and that it has hired Korn Ferry to conduct a search for her successor.
