The e-discovery company DISCO is bringing aboard Susan Garcia, a divisional general counsel at WebMD, as legal chief as new CEO Eric Friedrichsen begins to put his stamp on the company's leadership team and strategy.
Garcia is joining Austin, Texas-based DISCO as it seeks to reverse a sharp decline in revenue growth and improve its workplace culture. The company hired Friedrichsen, a former CEO of expense management software firm Emburse, in April after DISCO founder and CEO Kiwi Camara resigned amid a swirl of sexual harassment allegations.
