A San Francisco federal judge on Friday denied Google's bid to postpone sweeping changes he ordered the tech giant to make to its Play Store while it appeals its antitrust loss to Fortnite maker Epic Games.
However, Judge James Donato of the Northern District of California gave the tech giant a temporary reprieve as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals weighs a corresponding motion it filed this week.
