Scott Catlett, the chief legal and franchise officer of Yum Brands, is leaving the restaurant giant after 17 years.
Louisville Business First and Nation's Restaurant News on Friday afternoon reported Catlett's planned departure and said he will be succeeded by Associate General Counsel Erica Burkhardt, a 20-year Yum veteran.
