First Horizon Bank is fortifying its senior leadership team, hiring prominent Tennessee Republican Lang Wiseman as general counsel, after its plan to sell itself to Toronto-based TD Bank for $13.4 billion unraveled last year.
Wiseman comes to Memphis-based First Horizon from the Memphis-based Am Law 200 firm Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, which he joined as a shareholder in 2022.
