Former J. Crew Group legal chief Maria Di Lorenzo has lost her wrongful-termination case against the New York-based retailer, with an arbitrator ruling against her on every claim and awarding her zero dollars and making her pay her own legal expenses.

In a 2021 federal lawsuit that the company steered into arbitration the next year, Di Lorenzo charged that J. Crew illegally fired her in December 2021, six months after she suffered sudden sensorineural hearing loss, which rendered her deaf in one ear and caused vertigo.
