The Kraft Heinz Co. late Thursday announced that it has filled its global general counsel opening by hiring away the legal chief of another major manufacturer, Sealed Air Corp.
Angel Shelton Willis will start Nov. 18 as executive vice president, global general counsel and corporate affairs officer of Kraft Heinz, which ranks 163rd in the Fortune 500 and is the third-largest food and beverage maker in North America.
