An aviation industry trade publication is reporting that Federal Aviation Administration General Counsel Marc Nichols will leave the agency "within a matter of weeks."
Citing an unnamed individual familiar with matter, The Air Current reported that Nichols' departure is part of a flurry of leadership changes at the agency that also include the planned retirement at year-end of David Boulter, associate administrator for aviation safety and a three-decades FAA veteran.
