The web-tracking litigation landscape is growing ever more frightening amid an onslaught of lawsuits targeting anyone with a website.
With no single statute governing website tracking, crafty plaintiffs' lawyers are haunting modern digital practices with a zombie horde of old laws, including ones aimed at videorecording, wiretapping and false advertising.
