In-house lawyers nationwide are preparing for potential shifts in workplace regulation, driven by whether Kamala Harris or Donald Trump wins the White House and whether either chamber of Congress flips to the opposing party.

"If Harris wins, we'll likely see continued pro-union policies, much like the Biden administration," said Michael Lotito, a shareholder of Littler Mendelson and co-chair of its public policy and government relations arm, the Littler Workplace Policy Institute.
